Para hacerlo realidad, el Estado ofrece programas de apoyo como Techo Propio y el <strong>Fondo MiVivienda<\/strong>. Ambos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para facilitar el acceso a un hogar, pero tienen diferencias clave en requisitos, beneficios y montos de financiamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-que-es-el-programa-techo-propio\"><strong><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Programa Techo Propio?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">El Programa Techo Propio est\u00e1 dirigido principalmente a familias de bajos recursos que a\u00fan no tienen vivienda ni terreno propio. Su objetivo es apoyar con un Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) que no se devuelve, es decir, un subsidio directo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-nbsp-que-es-el-fondo-mivivienda\"><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Fondo MiVivienda?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>Fondo MiVivienda<\/strong> est\u00e1 orientado a <strong>familias de ingresos medios<\/strong> que desean comprar una casa o departamento.
